Terms of Sale
Last updated: 31 August 2026
1. Who you are buying from
These terms set out the rights and obligations of both sides for products sold online at ball-launcher-for-dogs.com. Placing an order means accepting them, and we ask you to read them before you check out.
The seller is Animouf LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, trading as Pupserve. Customer service is reachable at [email protected]. Full publisher details are in our legal notice.
2. Products
Pupserve sells fetch equipment for dogs: the automatic ball launcher, on its own or bundled with accessories. Photographs and descriptions on the site are as faithful to the product delivered as we can make them. How we choose what we sell is set out on our how we test page.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in the currency of the country you are shopping from. For the United States and Canada they are shown before sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies; for the United Kingdom, Australia and Ireland they include VAT or GST. The offers currently available are:
| Offer | Price |
|---|---|
| The launcher — 3 balls included | $99.99 |
| Launcher + flying disc — for outdoor play | $114.99 |
| Launcher + flying disc + squeaky ball — the full kit | $129.99 |
Shipping is free to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and Ireland, with no minimum order. The price that applies to an order is the one displayed when you confirm it.
4. Placing an order
You choose your offer on the product page and are then taken to a secure payment page. The order is firm once payment is approved. A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the address you gave. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and then write to [email protected].
No customer account is needed to order. We ask only for what is required to process and deliver the order.
5. Payment
Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your card number and store no card data. Your order is prepared once Stripe confirms the payment.
6. Delivery
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and Ireland. Allow 1 to 2 business days for handling and 6 to 10 business days in total. Full details, including what happens if a parcel goes missing, are on our shipping and returns page.
7. Cancelling and returning
Our own guarantee, the same everywhere: you have 30 days from delivery to tell us the launcher is not right for your dog and get your money back. It applies in all five countries, and it is longer than any of the statutory periods below. What your national law gives you on top of it is set out here, because a shop guarantee never replaces a legal right.
United Kingdom
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back, and we refund within 14 days of receiving them — or of you proving you sent them, whichever comes first. You can use the model form on our cancellation page, or simply write to us.
Ireland and the European Union
Under Directive 2011/83/EU, as transposed in Ireland by the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The model cancellation form set out in Annex I(B) of the Directive appears word for word on our cancellation page; you are not obliged to use it. You then have 14 days to return the goods, and we refund within 14 days. If a dispute cannot be settled with us directly, Irish consumers can contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC).
Australia
Australian law gives no cooling-off period for an online purchase, and we will not pretend otherwise. What it gives instead is stronger where it applies: under the Australian Consumer Law, goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Our own 30-day guarantee sits on top of that.
Canada
There is no federal cooling-off period for an online purchase in Canada; provincial rules vary and mostly cover contracts that were not performed. Our 30-day guarantee applies regardless, and your provincial consumer protection legislation continues to apply on top of it.
United States
There is no federal cooling-off period for an online purchase. The Federal Trade Commission's cooling-off rule covers sales made at your door or away from a seller's usual place of business, not a website — so any shop implying you have a statutory three days is describing a rule that does not apply. What you have here is our 30-day guarantee, and it is contractual: it binds us.
8. If something arrives damaged or faulty
Tell us within a reasonable time and send a photograph. We replace or refund, and we pay the return postage. This is separate from the 30-day guarantee above and from your statutory rights; none of them cancels the others.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live: if you are resident in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia or Canada, the consumer protections of your own country continue to apply, and you may bring proceedings before your local courts.
